Hi all, I have some quick questions. One how many calroies a day should I really be eating. I am 16 and I consider myself an athelete but I only train really hard about an hour and a half each day. I still burn about 1000 calories. I dont really want loose weight, but I wouldn’t mind. I have heard that eating 1500 is pretty good for staying the same weight for normal people, but athletes eat 2-3 k. No clue what to do.

Secondly, I don’t think I am eating enough protein. My problem is what I eat for lunch. My school has a really good cafeteria with lots of options. The only problem is most of the chicken, fish, etc, is drenched in sauces or cooked weirdly. What does everyone else eat??
